    There's a Reunion Comin'!


    Get ready for 3 fun-filled events!

    There's a Friday Night Retro Reception! Come dressed in your favorite 70's outfit!

    There's also a Saturday Picnic (free!) where you can bring the entire family.  

    And a Saturday Night Dinner/Dance - dressy attire, please. Each class alumnus is allowed 1 paid adult guest per each evening event.

    Need Lodging? Holiday Inn & Comfort Inns each have 10 rooms reserved for the Class of 79 for Fri. and Sat. nights. First come, first served.

    Need BABYSITTING? It's available for children of families visiting from OUT of TOWN (for EVENTS #1 and #3).  Contact Bev: ph-540-825-3608 or Janis32061@wmconnect.com.

    Event #1: 70's Retro Reception (Hors d'oeuvres with cash bar)

    When:  Fri. July 23, 7:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

    Where: Holiday Inn of Culpeper

    Event #1 Cost:      

    $25/person =if paid reservation is postmarked before June 25, 2004

    $35/person = if paid reservation is postmarked between June 26-JULY 12, 2004

    $35/person = if paid at door without prior reservation; ; due to capacity limitations, entry to this event can not be guaranteed without advanced paid reservations, therefore advanced RSVP/payment is strongly recommended; certified funds are required at the door.

    Event #2:  Saturday Family Picnic*

    When:  Sat. July 24, 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

    Where: The Pavilion at Yowell Meadow Park, corner Blue Ridge Ave./Rt. 522

    FREE. Bring your own lunch! (Ice & cups will be provided.)

    Event #3:
    Saturday Night Dinner Dance

    Full dinner buffet, plus DJ. Wine and beer cash bar or BYOB.

    When: Sat. July 24; 6:30-11:30 PM
    Details:

    • 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. cocktails and group picture taken. Please     arrive by 7p.m. to be included in the group picture! (Pics     can be ordered: $12.50 per 8X10 glossy, includes     S&H.)
    • 7:30 dinner served.
    • After dinner: dancing until 11:30 p.m.

    Event #3 Cost:

    $45/person =if paid reservation is postmarked before June 25, 2004

    $55/person = if paid reservation is postmarked between June 26-JULY 12, 2004

    $30/person = if paid at the door without prior reservation; this option does not include the sit-down dinner, therefore, you will be allowed entry to the event after 9PM; certified funds are required at the door.
